Getting to Epsom
Road
The racecourse is just a few minutes from Epsom Town Centre on the B290 Epsom Downs Road or alternatively just off junction 9 of the M25. During the racing season, AA signs will mark all major approach routes.
Rail
The nearest mainline station is Epsom Station and there are direct connections from London Waterloo (via Vauxhall, Clapham Junction and Wimbledon) and London Victoria (via Clapham Junction and Sutton). You can then take a 10 minute taxi or bus ride from the station to the course.
Alternatively, you can get a connection to Tattenham Corner Station (from London Bridge via Clapham Junction and East Croydon) which is approximately 1/2 mile walk from the racecourse or Epsom Downs Station (via Sutton) which is approximately 1 mile walk from the racecourse.
During The Derby Festival a bus shuttle service runs from Epsom station.
Air
Heathrow Airport is approximately 27 miles from the racecourse and Gatwick Airport is approximately 18.5 miles.
